Description of the event: 

🌊 ANIME WAVE HAS ARRIVED — AND WE’RE JOINING FORCES WITH ANIME-NIA! ⚡️🎉


A new era of anime events is here. Introducing Anime Wave, a brand-new experience built to bring fans closer to the stories, voices, and worlds they love. And to kick things off, we’re teaming up with Anime-Nia for a massive collaboration event that’s all about celebrating community, creativity, and pure anime hype.

Event includes 2 buildings totaling 41,000 square feet of indoors space.

As well as a landscaped outdoor area between the buildings.

  1. Liability: ANIME WAVE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  2. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot. All fees are non-refundable.

  3. Booth Assignment: Spaces will be assigned by event staff. While we will do our best to accommodate requests to be placed near another vendor, we cannot guarantee placement.

  4. Booth Sharing: Booth sharing is allowed

  5. Tablecloths: ALL public facing tables must have table cloths.

  6. Pricing: Vendor fees may vary from event to event.

  7. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Once a spot is reserved it is non-refundable. However, payment can be transfered to next scheduled event.

  8. Fixtures & Displays: Vendors are welcome to bring fixtures, provided they do not extend beyond the designated booth space. Pipe and drape setups MUST BE fire-compliant. Canopies indoors are not permitted.

  9. Event Duration: Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event. Please do not begin breakdown until at least 10 minutes before the event concludes.

  10. Doors will open for attendees at 11AM. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP AND PREPARED NO LATER THAN 10AM

EXTRA - ADD ONS

All vendors are responsible for providing their own materials, including tables, chairs, tents, and any other necessary equipment. However, tables and chairs are available to rent through the venue at an additional cost. Pricing is subject to change based on the venue’s current rates. Please mark with how many you’d require if you want to rent. Leave blank if you do not require and will be providing your own.

Weekend wristbands can be purchased for assistants at a discounted rate of $15 per wristband. These are bought day of event.
