1. Liability: Anime Wave is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

2. Security: There is security on site and overnight. Buildings are locked and property is fenced/monitored.

3. Tables & Chairs: All vendors are responsible for providing their own materials, including tables, chairs, tents, and any other necessary equipment. However, tables and chairs are available to rent through the venue at an additional cost. 

4. Tablecloths: ALL public facing tables MUST have table cloths.

5. Fixtures & Displays: Vendors are welcome to bring fixtures, provided they do not extend beyond the designated booth space. Pipe and drape setups must be fire resistant.

6. Canopies: Canopy frames are permitted indoors, but no topper.

7. Event Duration: Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event. Please do not begin breakdown until at least 15 minutes before the event concludes.

8. Doors will open for attendees at 11AM. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP AND PREPARED NO LATER THAN 10:30AM

9. Badges: Badges can be picked up when you check in on Friday or Saturday. Artist Alley includes ONE vendor badge (two if booth sharing). Retail vendors includes TWO vendor badges. Weekend wristbands can be purchased for assistants at a discounted rate of $10 per wristband. These are bought at badge pickup.
